Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives broken or damaged, contact us at gingerspopupsnz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund – no need to return broken items to us.

Sale Items

Sale and seconds-grade items are final sale – no returns or exchanges, unless faulty.

Your Rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and nothing here limits or excludes those rights.
